Jimdo is a global company and we are proud to work with people of 50+ nationalities that are working from 19 countries. We are happy to continue our journey and broaden the geographics of presence.

Your Mission

As Head of Performance Marketing, you and your team develop and implement the digital performance strategy across all channels, driving company KPIs, in particular Use and MRR growth and improvements to ARPU, LTV and retention while optimizing CAC. You and your team experiment and find the best ways to achieve the growth and revenue goals in the fast growing environment.


Responsibilities

    • You manage the budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels, continuously working on delivery of ROI
    • You and your team plan and execute the user acquisition campaigns while defining the optimal budget requirements
    • You enable your team to manage full-cycle strategy and execution of campaigns across various paid and unpaid channels (SEA, SEM, SEO, SMM, affiliate, content marketing, social media, CRM, etc.)
    • You make data-driven assumptions and informed decisions while optimising campaigns and improving effectiveness in all media channels
    • You and your team continuously learn and experiment on how to optimize the campaigns
    • You work in cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams (Product Marketing, Brand and Creative Studio) as well as technical teams (Growth, Data) on the creative strategy for acquisition campaigns
    • You enable your team to develop and grow, you nurture the culture of open feedback and set up your team for success

      Requirements

      • You have 7+ years of leadership experience in Performance Marketing, preferably for SaaS or Subscription-type or E-commerce-heavy products
      • You know the specifics of German-speaking markets but demonstrate ability to perform internationally
      • You have experience in building, supervising, and coaching performance marketing teams and establishing effective processes and clear targets
      • You stay curious and up-to-date in regards of evolving performance marketing channels and tools
      • Fluent English
