Your Mission

As Chief of Staff, you will lead and monitor initiatives and projects aimed to the development of best in class products creation and development. You are the trusted advisor in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of our products for the users (SMbs). You proactively challenge the status quo and implement the process improvements.


We are happy to invite you to work with us in our office in Hamburg or work permanently remotely from any location.


  • You are the right hand of COO in strategic and organizational topics
  • You help to drive key technology product operational initiatives, providing guidance and overview to the Executive Team
  • You monitor of relevant KPIs, financial oversight and staff planning
  • You initiate and track the progress across topics related to Product Development
  • You take care of critical day-to-day business topics such as process improvements in the organization and more
  • You monitor the key market trends in the Freemium SaaS product development


  • You have 3+ years of experience on the similar role or in project management within a consulting company in IT/digital industry
  • You have managed projects related to digital Product Development, and have good understanding of the digital and SaaS Products
  • You bring data-driven approach and demonstrate result focus
  • You have the ability to prioritize initiatives with a structured, fact-based approach
  • You work effectively in collaboration with others
  • You are a strong communicator
  • You have a degree in Management, Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing or Technical field
  • You have excellent English skills

At Jimdo we are ready to start working with new colleagues as soon as possible. Even though we can’t do the onboarding process in the office as we normally would, we will still make sure that you get a thorough online and virtual onboarding, and to help you feel like you are a part of the team from day one.

It is not a limitation if you don’t live in Germany right now. We will invite you to start working with us from your current location for the time being. Once the boarders are reopened and the Embassies accept visa applications again, we will initiate the relocation process to Hamburg. Until then you will be invited to work with us remotely with temporary contract.
