We are happy to invite you to work with us in our office in Hamburg or permanently remote from any location. Wherever your working location of choice will be, we will make sure you get proper onboarding (virtual or in person) and that you are fully equipped to become part of the team from day one.
Regarding candidates who want to relocate to Hamburg: Due to COVID our offices are temporarily closed. We will invite you to start working with us from your current location for the time being. Once the borders are reopened, and the Embassies accept visa applications again, we will initiate the relocation process to Hamburg. Until then, you will be invited to work with us remotely with a temporary contract.

Your Mission

As a Marketing Analyst within the Analytics Team you will aim to improve our understanding in the Online Marketing space and work closely together with the Online Marketing teams around Performance Marketing, Content & Social Marketing, Affiliation and CRM to foster the understanding and usage of data and enable data-driven decision making.


  • You interact with our Online Marketing teams to provide detailed quantitative analyses that will drive and inform strategic decisions
  • You are responsible for our Marketing Reporting in Tableau and will continuously look to improve it while assuring data integrity
  • You promote a data-driven mindset across the whole Marketing organization, making sure that data is at the heart of every decision we make
  • You understand and iteratively optimize key performance indicators like CPL, CLV or ROI by means of A/B-testing or other innovative and creative analytics solutions
  • You are the domain expert and owner of Marketing Analytics & Marketing Data
  • Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Braze or Impact will be secondary data sources for you and you’ll build up knowledge around these tools to be able to support stakeholders with data driven insights or suggestions


  • 4+ years of experience working either directly in Marketing Analytics or in Analytics coming from a Marketing background
  • You are an expert in SQL, retrieving data and writing complex queries is something you are used to
  • You have strong knowledge with least one data visualization tool like Tableau (or Qlikview, PowerBI, Looker, MicroStrategy, …)
  • You effectively communicate complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a simple, crisp and concise way - visually and verbally while demonstrating the value of data within conversations & discussions
  • You are creative, organized, self-motivated and proactive. You enjoy sitting close to the business and making an impact
  • Experience with Experiments (A/B Testing) & statistical knowledge including knowledge of Python, R or similar statistic software
  • Knowledge of the Google solutions around Google Analytics & Adwords or other experience with Facebook, Braze or Impact are a nice to have
