This role will be responsible for attracting best-in-class partners to integrate with Jimdo, providing operational guidance to new partners and managing integration projects. The Product Manager: Partner Integration will act as the voice of the customer, identifying the most powerful business tools that meet our customer’s needs, and work closely with the broader Product organization to provide market requirements and relevant use cases. The role requires an individual with strong competencies around product ownership, process definition, technical comprehension, teamwork, innovation, and business management.

Essential to this role is the ability to multitask in an environment of competing demands, both internal and external to the company. Applicants will be expected to give guidance to partners as they integrate with our system, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment. Applicants should have a communicative presence in person and in writing and have the discretion to make business judgements on a daily basis. The Product Manager: Partner Integration will:
  • Work with product managers to present the technical capabilities of Jimdo APIs to prospective partners
  • Have a strong awareness of the tech market and be able to identify and analyse potential partners
  • Provide project management and operational guidance for Jimdo partners integrating with our system
  • Channel partner feedback to product management, marketing and engineering
  • Leverage technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to our processes
  • Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals to fulfill our customer’s requirements and best user experience
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation supporting our products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Computer Information Systems or equivalent related work experience
  • 3 years directly supporting internal or external stakeholders with technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a client relationship
  • Strong verbal/written technical communication in English and German, including an ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to establish credibility and work with technical and non-technical business owners
