The Partner Manager will act as the voice of the customer, identifying the most powerful business tools that meet our customer’s needs, and work closely with the broader Product organization to provide market requirements and relevant use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for developing and sustaining strong partnership relationships
  • Enlarging our partnership portfolio by identifying new potential partners
  • Provide assistance negotiating and closing strategic agreements with partners
  • Channel partner feedback to product management, marketing and engineering to define the best solutions
  • Provide project management and operational guidance
  • Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals to fulfill our customer's requirements and best user experience

Requirements

  • You have relevant experience of business development and/or strategic partnerships experience ideally for or with digital media/ technology companies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a client relationship
  • Strong verbal/written communication in English and German, including an ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to establish credibility and work with technical and non-technical business owners
