This role will be responsible for attracting best-in-class partners to integrate with Jimdo, providing operational guidance to new partners and managing integration projects. The Partnerships Manager: Integrations will act as the voice of the customer, identifying the most powerful business tools that meet our customer’s needs, and work closely with the broader Product organization to provide market requirements and relevant use cases. The role requires an individual with strong competencies around partnership management with a proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with an array of different technology and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product managers to define the best technical solutions for new partnerships
  • Have an awareness of the tech market and be able to identify and analyse potential partners
  • Provide project management and operational guidance for Jimdo partners integrating with our system
  • Channel partner feedback to product management, marketing and engineering
  • Leverage technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to our processes
  • Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals to fulfill our customer’s requirements and best user experience

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years working experience in partnerships, business development or account management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a client relationship
  • Strong verbal/written technical communication in English and German, including an ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to establish credibility and work with technical and non-technical business owners
