Your Mission

You will be responsible for taking Jimdo`s Affiliation program to the next level and help to help grow the business.
A crucial part of it will be to enhance the partnerships with our current Affiliates. Building proactively additional commission based partnerships will be another key responsibility of yours.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational planning for Affiliation, closely in consultation with the Performance Marketing Team
  • Main point of contact with Affiliates and manage relationships with Jimdo`s partners
  • Account/partner management, including partner acquisition and activation, monitoring of partners
  • Optimize contracts, payouts and partnership deals
  • Find new business opportunities & partners
  • Analyze performance on Affiliates and take decisions upon the results, such as CPA, CPL, EPC, CLV and ROI
  • Being the main point of contact for our Affiliation Tool

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Partner / Account Management
  • Confident in proactive approach of potential partners
  • Confident in leading calls & meetings with partner
  • Great organizational skills, strong initiative and the ability to work independently
  • You have very good analysis, reporting and excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
  • High level of responsibility and ownership of the area
  • Fluent in both German and English
