Your Mission

Jimdo currently transitions from being a website builder to becoming a one-stop shop partner-enabled ecosystem for microbusinesses in the future. In these times it is crucial to prioritize product development for future adjacencies by looking at it from a pricing and packaging perspective. In collaboration with different business units, Head of Packaging & Pricing will drive initiatives aimed at informed Saas pricing decision-making.


  • You will lead and support Jimdo's pricing initiatives for the entire product portfolio.
  • You will define and implement market entry pricing strategy, pricing models, packaging structures, and bundling strategies that will contribute to our strategic goal to become a SaaS tailored for self-employed.
  • You will dig deep into customer usage data, user research outcomes, and business metrics and translate it into data-driven insight that helps identify problem solutions or improvement opportunities.
  • You will build strong collaboration throughout different teams and stakeholders to ensure the prioritisation and pricing strategy.
  • You will build and lead a team of Business Partners if necessary.


  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Pricing and Packaging in the software industry sector (SaaS or B2B2C) is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field of study is highly desirable.
  • MBA is a plus, but not a MUST.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, comfortable in written and oral communication in the remote set-up.
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis with a solid understanding of statistical methods and strong business acumen.
  • You present clear findings from complex analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are focused on quality, performance, and user experience.
